The ability to mould parts up to 2000 x 1000, coupled with axis CNC routing facility immediately sets Hallam Plastics apart from the majority of vacuum formers, enabling Hallam to produce large parts with complex geometry. When combined with the other moulding processes and finishing department Hallam offer a unique package to help reduce the supplier base, as well as ensure objective advise as the best, and most economical solution.

Predominantly working with thicker gauge materials (1mm – 8mm), in most thermoplastic sheet (HIPS, ABS, PC, PET, PP, PE), Hallam have a wealth of experience, and can offer significant design input to a project to ensure smooth transition from CAD screen to reality.

Current Vacuum Forming customers are drawn from a broad market base, such

  as Medical/Scientific equipment; Automotive; Retail; Exhibition Stands; POP; Gaming and Engineering equipment. Obviously, whilst maintaining confidentiality, the experience and knowledge that this experience has given us enables Hallam to bring a wealth of knowledge to any project.



In house assembly and printing facility mean that complete control of the whole production process can be maintained without dependence on subcontractors for parts of the manufacturing process, with associated costs and transport.
