One of five
process areas within the business, Hallam have been involved in
Injection Moulding for over 15 years, gaining experience with
a wide range of polymers in a variety of industry sectors, ranging
from automotive to Point of Purchase.
Historically,
Hallam has predominantly been a low volume producer, especially
for Structural Foam components. This ability has also been transferred
to the Injection Moulding operation, so that although we are capable
of producing high volume parts, we can also offer low to medium
volume production at competitive rates.

Whilst
not offering toolmaking in house, Hallam have formed strategic alliances
with a number of carefully selected toolmakers. Consequently, with
careful project management we can ensure that tools are produced
in time, on budget and to specification.
ISO9002 and ISO14001 are key drivers within the business and the
use of recycled and recyclable materials is explored wherever possible.
Machines range from 20te to 400te.
