As part of Hallam Plastics drive to cement partnerships with customers, it has been essential to offer a broad range of processes and services. This resulted in Hallam Plastics introducing Injection Moulding as a second major moulding process, complimentary to Engineered Structural Foam.

Hallam Plastics have been involved in Injection Moulding for over 30 years; we are experienced with the full range of commodity and specialist polymers in a variety of industry sectors, ranging from automotive to point of sale. Machines range from 150 tonne to 1000 tonne clamping force. As well as high volume parts, we offer low to medium volume production at competitive rates. We specialise in project managing your new tooling in house, and have strategic alliances with a number of carefully selected toolmakers, depending on the product type. Our project management team is here to ensure that tools are produced in time, on budget and to your specification.
