Decorative Painting

Painting onto plastic substrates is a specialist process which Hallam Plastics has perfected over the past 40 years. Highly trained and skilled painters, using state of the art equipment produce consistent finishes across the whole spectrum of paint types, and polymer substrates. Working closely with carefully selected paint suppliers Hallam Plastics always strive to select the most suitable paint and finish for the application, taking into account environmental factors, likely use (and abuse!) as well as colour and finish. In addition we can offer RFI and MFI shielding using wet spray based coatings (Nickel, Copper, Silver etc) or zinc arc spray, where molten zinc is sprayed onto the component, giving exceptional surface resistivity results. Hallam Plastics are proactive in developing water based paint systems to reduce the environmental impact of our coating systems.

Supplementing our painting facility, screen and pad printing are also offered.
